The Critical Role of NOCs in DHA Phase 8
In the Defence Housing Authority framework, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) represents formal legal clearance from the administration verifying that a specific plot has no pending financial liabilities, boundary encroachments, or administrative embargoes. Without valid NOCs, no property can be sold, transferred, mortgaged, or built upon.
